When a school says your child needs a shadow to attend, or home has become a daily struggle, the usual nanny agencies aren't built for it. They don't know what a meltdown looks like from the inside, or what a good shadow does in a classroom. And in a new country and a new language, it's hard to know who to trust with a vulnerable child.
